The Regional Hospital of Talca, Chile, shared an emotional video showing the “guard of honor”, a tribute that doctors and nurses perform each time they say goodbye to an organ donor.
In this case, the protagonist was a little boy who became a true hero for other children.
After facing pain impossible to measure, his parents decided to authorize the donation. They themselves asked for the moment to be recorded to inspire more people.
The healthcare team said goodbye to the little one with a message full of respect: “thank you and your parents for teaching us that love has no limits”. A beautiful legacy of hope.
