Beef heart, liver, tomahawk steak, and unpasteurized milk. This is what Erling Haaland’s daily plate looks like, the 25-year-old striker who has Norway in the 2026 World Cup after 27 years of absence.

His father, Alfie Haaland, a former Premier League player, helped design this plan together with a nutritionist, prioritizing the local origin of the food over any ‘healthy food’ label. In total, about 6,000 calories divided among sea bass, asparagus, fried rice with egg, and raw honey.
