Jonatan is 34 years old. He is missing both legs and one arm.
Every morning, he braces himself on the ground and moves along dirt roads, dragging a small cart. Inside, he carries eggs, chickens, corn, milk. Everything he managed to gather to sell that day.
He doesn’t beg. No one has ever seen him hold out an empty hand. He works, and with that he supports his family.

His mother also needs help: she lost her hearing and has no way to pay for hearing aids. Jonatan knows this, and still he keeps pushing his cart, one meter of dirt at a time.
He dreams of something simple: prosthetic legs and a wheelchair that works properly. Not to rest. To work faster, to go farther, to depend on himself a little more each day.
There are stories that need no embellishment. This is one of them.

A man without two legs and one arm chose every morning not to give up. He chose to carry his own weight, literally and forever, rather than ask others to do it for him.
If you have ever doubted what dignity means, there it is: in a cart dragged across the dirt, pushed by someone who never stopped trying.
