Khloé Kardashian has faced rumors about changes to her face for years, but in an interview she decided to respond directly to those who claim she has undergone numerous plastic surgeries.
During the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion special, which aired in June 2021, the American businesswoman, who was then 36 years old, addressed speculation about her appearance.
“Everyone says, ‘Oh my God, she’s already had her third face transplant!’, but I’ve only had my nose done once. Everyone gets upset and asks, ‘Why doesn’t she talk about it?’ But nobody has ever asked me!”, she explained.
Khloé also acknowledged having injectable cosmetic treatments, though she said she had had a bad reaction to Botox.
Years later, in 2025, she revisited her physical transformation and detailed some of the cosmetic procedures she had tried, maintaining that her only facial cosmetic surgery had been rhinoplasty.
Her statements once again bring the debate over celebrities’ physical changes and the pressure they face over their appearance to the forefront.
