Melissa Baar is a farmer from New Zealand who is breaking all limits.

Despite living with incomplete C5 tetraplegia (quadriplegia), Melissa recently uploaded a video showing how she gets onto her tractor using only the strength of her arms. “I am very proud of the progress”, she commented while sharing her maintenance routine in the field, proving that willpower can move mountains.

To drive, she designed a metal bar herself that connects her hand to the brake. Her ultimate goal is to walk without assistance, so she receives donations on her Givealittle page to cover her rehabilitation. “I make things look awkward every day”, she jokes while working hard to achieve her dream of total independence.
