Every morning, through cold or snow, Gabriel Luna would take his bicycle. His car had broken down months earlier, and he didn’t have the money to fix it. But that wasn’t what drove him to keep pedaling.

His daughter was battling cancer. And he had decided to fight for her in the only way he knew how: by working. Two jobs, one bicycle, no complaints.

His coworkers saw him arrive soaked, exhausted, with a smile that barely concealed his fear. Until they decided to act. They secretly pooled their money, got a car, had it ready, and called him outside.

Gabriel came out without knowing what was happening. He saw the bow, the keys, the familiar faces. And he cried. Not because of the car. Because he was no longer alone.
