“Son, I love you… don’t leave me”: Desperate father saves his son a second before he could jump off a bridge

A 24-year-old man was rescued in a critical moment on April 22, while attempting to jump from the Costa Cavalcanti Bridge in Paraguay.

The young man was moments away from ending his life, but the situation took a turn when his father reached him, held him tight, and through tears said: “Son, I love you… don’t leave me,” managing to restrain him just in time.

Meanwhile, witnesses watched the scene with concern and even tried to help, staying with the family until the situation calmed down.
