Convinced that she had to stop what was happening, she decided to intervene on her own without considering the consequences.
Without asking for permission, the woman burst onto her neighbors’ property and even jumped the fence to confront them. Her objective was clear: to prevent the pool from remaining in that spot. Although the size of the structure did not represent a major nuisance, she insisted that it would bring problems, especially because of the possible proliferation of insects and mosquitoes.
