Bunnie Xo was afraid to leave adult content creation. In her memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, she says that stepping away from that industry and closing OnlyFans was “one of the hardest decisions” of her life. She says she leaned on God to pursue a career she truly loved.
The Dumb Blonde podcast went from bringing in little money to becoming a multimillion-dollar business. After closing the account, she says, the business grew more than threefold. In the book, she interpreted that progress as a sign: “God made sure I knew I had made the right decision by no longer selling my body”.
Bunnie clarified that she wasn’t trying to shame those who are still in sex work. In an earlier post, she said she feared losing that income, but trusted God and got it back tenfold.
