Zahara, daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, celebrated an important achievement by graduating from Spelman College in Atlanta, but one detail drew attention: during the ceremony she was introduced as Zahara Marley Jolie, without the surname Pitt.
The 21-year-old had already used that name at an earlier university ceremony, amid the estrangement that several of the former couple’s children maintain with the actor. Her graduation also comes in a context marked by years of family and legal conflicts between Jolie and Pitt.
