Hui Zhu Wang remembers Erling Haaland from when he was a boy in Bryne, Norway. Before becoming one of the biggest stars in world football, the striker was already a regular customer at Wen Hua House, the Chinese restaurant he visited with his family.

Today, although he lives between training sessions, records and the demands of Manchester City, when he returns to his hometown he still stops by the same place. According to the owner, he orders his longtime favorite dishes: sweet and sour chicken or duck. He also greets people, takes photos and signs autographs, as if fame had not completely changed the boy who grew up among those tables.

Signed shirts hang on the restaurant wall, a memento that for Hui Zhu Wang is worth more than any decoration: proof that Haaland has not forgotten the place where it all began.
