Miishu La Rue is 28 years old and now wears diapers.
She is from Chile and shared something on TikTok that few people dare to admit: intense ketamine use destroyed her bladder. It all began in 2024, when she ended up hospitalized with pain so severe in her pelvis and urethra that neither fentanyl nor morphine could completely relieve it.

Before this, she played sports and had an active social life. Now, as she recounted in a subsequent video, she spends much of the day in bed, unable to go out normally. Her testimony comes just as ketamine poisonings in Chile have multiplied nearly tenfold in four years: from 30 cases reported in 2020 to 280 in 2024, according to figures from CITUC. The Institute of Public Health also detected that 82% of the seized samples were mixed with other substances such as cocaine, MDMA, or tramadol, without the person using them knowing it.
