A reflection by Jennifer Lawrence on motherhood went viral again on social media, although the actress originally made it in 2025 during the Cannes Film Festival.
“Having children changes everything; it changes your life completely. It’s brutal and incredible. They’re present in every decision: whether I work, where I work, and when I work”, the actress, a mother of two, said.
Lawrence also explained at the time that becoming a mother changed her life “obviously for the better” and that the experience even transformed the way she worked and connected creatively with her characters.
More than a year later, her words are circulating again because of the direct way she summed up how motherhood affects both her personal life and her professional decisions.
