In that conversation, published in May 2026, she said something that carries a different weight today: “I finally feel like I shook off all this darkness and negativity. I closed one door and another opened… I can feel all the exciting possibilities. I feel like I have a lot of life left to live”.
She spoke about the future with the confidence of someone who had already made it through the worst.
