Hayden Panettiere told it all, without filters.

In her memoir ‘This Is Me: A Reckoning’, the actress from ‘Heroes’ and ‘Nashville’ spoke about the postpartum depression that crushed her after having her daughter Kaya in 2014, and about an addiction she battled for years without hiding from the cameras.

She also spoke about the day her younger brother, Jansen, died in 2023 at 28 from a heart condition, and about the guilt she carried afterward, as if she could have prevented it.

A month before she died, she told Fox News Digital that she still had a long list of things to do. She spoke about the future with eagerness, not fear.

On August 16, a friend found her dead in a house in Greenville, South Carolina, just days before she would have turned 37. Police ruled out suicide, but the cause of death remains unknown.

She survived everything one can survive in a lifetime; she was a true warrior.
