HBO finally released the first official trailer for its Harry Potter series, and there’s one detail that fans noticed instantly 👀
The logos for the four Hogwarts houses were redesigned from scratch. Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin retain their usual color palettes, but Ravenclaw did get a major change: it now features a blue and bronze design, much more faithful to how J.K. Rowling originally described it in the books 🐦⬛
Jason Isaacs, who played Lucius Malfoy in the films, said on the Wizards Rest YouTube channel that the entire project is being built from scratch to have its own visual identity, one that is distinctly different from Warner Bros.’ saga. The series arrives on December 25 🎄
