A 26-year-old man named Angrez Singh was arrested in the Punjab region of India after attempting to take an academic test in place of his partner.

The man showed up at the testing center dressed in traditional female attire, red bangles, and full makeup to appear as 34-year-old Paramjit Kaur. Despite carrying forged IDs such as a voter card, the plan was uncovered during the mandatory biometric verification stage.

The system detected that the young man’s fingerprints did not match the records of the official applicant. After the suspect confessed, the university decided to reject the woman’s job application.
