A hotel’s cameras captured a terrifying incident. A guest was returning from the pool, in a swimsuit, walking barefoot down a hotel hallway like any other afternoon on vacation.
But behind her, a man was following her, waiting for the exact moment to attack.
The security camera shows him peeking out and checking that no one else is in the hallway, only then running toward her. He grabs her from behind, lifts her off the ground, and begins carrying her in the opposite direction from her room.
She screamed. She screamed loudly, so loudly that he suddenly let her go. He looked from side to side to see if anyone had heard her; he even knocked on a room door to make sure no one was inside. When he saw that they were alone, he tried again.
Luckily, the woman’s screams gave other people enough time to appear, which frightened the attacker and stopped the assault.
Although this incident was not covered by major media outlets, the security cameras are proof that these attacks happen all the time and that you should never let your guard down, because sometimes the danger may be staying in the room next door.
