John Cronin, an entrepreneur with Down syndrome, turned his love of eye-catching socks into an online company that now sells thousands of designs. He founded John’s Crazy Socks with his father, Mark, after finishing school and looking for a meaningful job opportunity.

The business was born from a simple idea: sell fun socks online and spread joy with every order. Over the years, it grew to be presented as one of the largest sock stores in the world, with thousands of styles, millions in sales, and customers in different places.

The company also embraced a social mission. It donates part of its revenue to charitable organizations and employs people with different abilities. John could not find a job that suited him, so he helped build one where others could also find a place.
