Being ugly, according to him, was his big problem… but it ended up being the beginning of his love story. A YouTuber uploaded a video called “Being ugly: my experience” without imagining that this venting session would change his life.
The creator of the channel Never Give Up, David, spoke about his insecurities and how difficult it had been for him to feel unattractive. The video went viral with millions of views and, among all the comments, one appeared that was neither mockery nor pity.
A girl named Juli Romina M. wrote to him saying that, actually, she thought he was pretty cute. And well… that comment did more than lift his spirits. They started talking, kept chatting from a distance, and little by little what began as an unexpected message turned into something much bigger.
Over time, she traveled to Sweden to meet him in person. The story kept moving forward, they ended up getting married, and years later they announced that they were expecting their daughter Stella.
In other words, he made a video thinking no one would love him… and ended up starting a family with someone who thought he was cute on YouTube. Sometimes the internet also knows how to make beautiful things happen.
