A medical case that seems taken from an impossible story went viral again on social media and left thousands of people in shock because of how unusual the situation was.
A 33-year-old man was hospitalized after trying to treat his back pain with a completely homemade method with no medical backing: injecting his own semen directly into his arm.

According to the medical report, the patient said he had repeated this procedure for approximately a year and a half, administering himself “doses” monthly with the intention of relieving lower back pain he had been suffering from for a long time. However, the result was far from what he expected.
The case came to light when the man arrived at the hospital with severe back pain, at which point doctors detected severe inflammation and infection in the arm where he was giving himself the injections. Clinical images even showed a buildup of air under the skin, the result of a serious complication.

Specialists explained that a similar case had never been recorded in the medical literature, and they warned about the dangers of attempting unverified treatments or ones carried out without professional supervision.
The case quickly became one of the most talked-about on the internet, where users reacted with a mix of disbelief, humor, and concern over how extreme the experiment was. While some described it as a completely outlandish idea, others took it as an example of the risks of uncontrolled home medicine.

Beyond the initial impact, doctors insisted on one key point: there is no scientific evidence supporting this type of practice, and the consequences can be much more serious than one might imagine.
