Fabio Lanzoni was born in Milan in 1959 and during the 90s he was, literally, the face of romance: his flowing mane and unbuttoned shirt appeared on more than 1,300 novel covers, making him one of the highest-paid models on the planet.
Today, at 67 years old, that image is a thing of the past. Fabio has almost completely stepped out of the public eye, never married or had children—although he says he still wants to—and has always avoided alcohol and drugs after losing a friend to an overdose when he was just 16 years old.
What draws the most attention is his most recent habit: instead of a conventional bed, he sleeps inside a hyperbaric chamber, convinced that it helps reverse aging.
In 2021, he denied having any cosmetic work done and said that his hair is still 100% natural.
