“You should eat more, you’d look better with more meat on your bones”, her husband told her. And everything changed 👀

Heidi Klum, 51, spent much of her career chasing a number on the label of her clothes. Size 24, thinness as the silent commandment of an industry that never says it out loud but demands it with a look. Until someone in her own home broke that rule.

Her husband, German musician Tom Kaulitz, was the first to tell her bluntly: “You should eat more, you’d look better with more meat on your bones”.

Klum remembers that she froze. “This is not something they tell you in the industry, ever”, she confessed. But when she looked at old photos, she understood that he was right.
Today the supermodel says she has no interest in Ozempic or any other GLP-1 medication for weight loss, the obsession dominating Hollywood.
She believes that with age the body looks better with more volume, not less. Proportion, she says, not size. 💬
