With a pen in hand and no filters, a young woman marked the size of her chest on her T-shirt before her breast reduction surgery.
Within seconds, we can see the after. However, the result caused a massive shock.

“Why did she reduce them? I liked her natural breasts better”, one person commented. Others claimed that, from their perspective, she “didn’t need” to go under the knife.
But a breast reduction does not always stem solely from an aesthetic concern. Excess weight in the breasts can cause back, neck, and shoulder pain, skin irritation, and even make certain physical activities difficult. The surgery removes some fat, breast tissue, and skin to reduce their size and weight.
In this young woman’s case, her video once again opens up a fairly common discussion online: to what extent can we give our opinion about a surgery that someone else chose to have performed on their own body?
