Anaya Peterson decided to imitate an Australian influencer, and tattooed her eyes blue and purple. The woman from Northern Ireland thought everything was fine, but woke up with swollen eyelids and felt her vision start to blur and she could see less and less. “It looks like I fought Tyson”.
Her 7-year-old daughter warned her that this would happen and asked her not to do it, but she did not listen. What happened to her is “tattoo sarcoidosis”, an autoimmune reaction of the body, and she had to be hospitalized.
Despite everything, she says she does not regret it.
