Nichol Naranjo’s mother dedicated 43 years of her life to cleaning the same home. Her daughter knew well all the effort behind those workdays and, while she was still young, made her a promise that seemed difficult to keep: someday she would buy that house for her.
The years passed, and Nichol did not forget what she had said. She worked, saved, and waited until the opportunity finally arose to acquire the property that had been part of her mother’s life for more than four decades.
Then she was able to return with something that years earlier had been nothing more than a dream: the keys. The house her mom had cleaned for so long for other people now finally belonged to her own family.
