This mother from Bristol, England, is only 1.63 meters tall and lives with back pain that an MRI finally explained: her spine is shaped like an ‘S’, twisted by the weight of her own breasts. Doctors confirmed it bluntly — the size of her breasts is behind her back problems, and the curvature could be linked to arthritis. Even so, the NHS has denied her breast reduction surgery five times since September 2025, most recently citing ‘insufficient evidence’.
Meanwhile, Charlotte wears an orthopedic brace at home just to keep herself upright, and the only alternative left to her — paying for the operation privately — costs around 8.500 pounds, which she doesn’t have. Even so, she has no intention of giving up: she is already preparing her seventh appeal.
