In the midst of the wildest nature and without knowing exactly where they are headed, hundreds of adventurers gather each year to take part in HikeFest, a festival organized by the hiking community @columbia_eu that proposes a unique challenge: to reach the stage and enjoy the event, you first have to complete a hike along different mountain trails, with the particularity that the exact location of the party is only revealed on the morning of the same day, which adds a layer of mystery and excitement to the experience.

The great appeal of this concept is precisely that surprise factor, because participants do not know where they are going until the very last moment, and in its latest edition, attendees had to trek until they reached a hidden cave in the Peak District, a famous national park in England known for its rugged landscapes and impressive rock formations, a destination that was undoubtedly worth the effort of the hike.

Because it takes place in such isolated and remote locations, there is no cell signal, which invites everyone to completely disconnect from screens and truly connect with the landscape and the music, creating an immersive experience that combines the physical effort of hiking with the joy of an outdoor festival.
