One of Justin’s friends couldn’t dress up for Halloween for religious reasons. But the group didn’t want him to have to miss out on the celebration.
The boys started thinking of an idea that would let them all take part without their friend having to go against his beliefs. And they found one: they would be the President of the United States and his Secret Service team.
The agents could wear dark suits, ties, sunglasses, and earpieces, while the president could wear his everyday clothes.
That way, the boy who couldn’t dress up ended up becoming the central figure in the group, surrounded by his friends dressed as bodyguards.

Justin’s mom, Suzanne Paragano Kane, shared the story on Facebook along with a photo of the group and a brief message: “I’m so proud of Justin”.
The boys found a way on their own to include their friend without asking him to set aside his beliefs. Sometimes, looking out for a friend is simply finding a way to make sure no one is left out.
