How can you say you can’t, when flowers are breaking through the pavement?🌷

It seems impossible that something so delicate could make its way through something so hard, but nature finds a way.

Plants don’t break through pavement by force. What they do is more clever: they find a crack that already exists, caused by the weather, wear and tear, or people passing by, and settle there. A little soil and moisture collect in that crevice, exactly what they need.

From there, their roots grow, push into the available spaces, and exert pressure, while water and temperature changes also weaken the material. Little by little, a small opening can end up becoming enough space for a plant to emerge at the surface.

It doesn’t mean a flower is stronger than concrete. It means it found a crack and never stopped growing.

Magnific

Maybe we don’t need to tear down everything in front of us, either. Sometimes all it takes is finding that little space to keep moving forward.
If nature can make its way through concrete, you can too. Not because it’s easy, but because resisting, adapting, and growing is the most natural thing there is.
