Logan Brown sat down on the toilet, knowing what he was going to find.
He had stopped taking testosterone because of a health problem, and menstruation had returned. Even so, something about his body felt different that morning, after the first anniversary with his partner Bailey. When the test showed two lines, he said he felt his entire life flash before his eyes. He sent a photo to his mother because even she didn’t believe him.
Logan is a transgender man, and at that moment he felt that all the masculinity he had built over the years was suddenly falling apart. He told Glamour UK about it, where he appeared on the cover of the Pride Month issue: “Everything, all the masculinity I’d worked so hard for, just felt as if it had completely disappeared”.
In November 2022, he and Bailey announced the pregnancy on Instagram. Nova Mills Brown was born in May 2023. Today Logan shares his story on TikTok and on his blog “Up The Duff Man”, and he published a children’s book to explain to other children how a dad can also have a belly.
