During interviews for Stranger Things, users accused her of talking too much, interrupting her co-stars, and being “too loud”. Some adults even went so far as to call her “an idiot”, “stupid”, and “a brat”.
“I never want to speak again. I don’t want to be the loud person”, she recalls thinking.
