Isabela Garcia was 21 when she posed for Playboy.
Thirty-eight years later, the Brazilian actress revisited that shoot on the podcast Ser Artista and shared a phrase that says a lot about how she sees things: “I had no idea what I was doing. It wasn’t difficult”. No drama, no embarrassment. She was very young, focused on her work, and approached the photos with a calmness that still surprises people today.

As she recounted, that innocence and respect for her own body made everything simple, without letting herself be swept up in outside pressures. “I never had a problem with nudity. It was never a problem”, she said. And her philosophy was always the same: as an actress, she never did a gratuitous scene that wasn’t necessary, and when something had to be done, it was done all at once. “Without suffering”, she summed up.
