Before becoming an international figure and Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner, Georgina Rodríguez had to make her way through various jobs.
“I was also happy working as a waitress and serving 10-euro menus”, she confessed to El País magazine in 2022, recalling her time working in shops and restaurants.
Her goal was to get to Madrid to study Business Administration. Once in the Spanish capital, she got a position at Gucci and began to get closer to the world of fashion. “When I entered a luxury boutique, to me it was like entering a museum”, she recalled about those years.
Although her life changed radically over the years, Georgina assured that she never looked down on her first jobs and that she found satisfaction in doing her work well.
“I was hired to do a job, and my daily satisfaction was going home thinking that I had done it very well. I enjoyed being a waitress just as much as ironing sheets or selling handbags”, she concluded.
