Some childhood memories are strange enough on their own, but Kaia Gerber’s sounds like it came straight out of a horror movie 😳.
The 24-year-old actress and model revealed that when she was a child, her parents told her she had been “possessed” and that she had even been subjected to a kind of exorcism. According to what she recounted on The Mitch Churi Chat Show, the supposed ritual involved playing a didgeridoo, a traditional wind instrument, around different parts of her body. “Yes, it happened. I never talked about it, but it happened”, she said.”
The experience remained so firmly etched in her family’s memory that years later, when Kaia landed a role in American Horror Story, her mother Cindy Crawford gave her holy water to take to the set because she feared something similar might happen again.
Although she can talk about the episode today, Kaia acknowledged the burden of growing up hearing that story about herself: “I was tormented all my life”.
