King Of Ink Land King Body Art The Extreme Ink-Ite is afraid of needles. Even so, this 46-year-old man from Birmingham, known as the most tattooed man in the United Kingdom, decided to inject ink directly into his eyeballs.
The episode occurred after he celebrated finishing paying off his mortgage in June 2026: to celebrate, he tattooed his English bulldog on his hand and resumed the scleral tattoo he had been putting off for four years. Shortly afterward, his vision went completely dark for 40 minutes. When it returned, everything was spinning, he was dizzy, and he couldn’t even look at his phone. He had to flag down police officers in the middle of the street to ask for help.
Doctors ruled out a stroke and say his eyes look fine, although they had never examined anyone with tattooed eyeballs before. He had already been diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes two years ago, and any future treatment will be limited by the ink that now covers his sclera. Despite the scare, he is already planning to tattoo the remaining part of his back.
