Emmanuel Escobar Sosa played in the youth academy of Coyotes de Tlaxcala 🇲🇽 when a TikTok livestream changed everything.
He said that taking care of your body wasn’t “to get a fat girlfriend”. The video blew up on social media, and some of the audience accused him of outright discrimination against women. Others defended him, arguing that he had merely said out loud what many people think and shouldn’t have to pay for it with his career.
The club distanced itself, and Escobar Sosa confirmed that he is no longer part of Coyotes. Was it a fair punishment, or was he punished for expressing an opinion? 🤔
