If you do this pose regularly before bed, you can strengthen your back, abdomen, hips, and legs while helping improve circulation and digestion

It may seem like a rather suggestive pose, but in reality it has more to do with your back and digestion than anything else 😏.

This posture involves spreading your legs apart and leaning your torso forward, creating a deep stretch that engages your back, hips, and legs, while your abdomen also works to maintain stability.

Practicing it regularly can help improve mobility and promote circulation, especially after spending many hours sitting or moving very little during the day.

Additionally, this type of stretch can help relax the abdominal area and reduce the feeling of heaviness, which is why some people incorporate it before bed to support digestion.

That said, you don’t need to lower yourself all the way to the floor or copy the pose exactly. The important thing is to go only as far as your body allows, without pain or bouncing.

So yes: it may look daring, but its purpose is much healthier than it seems.
