The British actor, known for playing Spider-Man, spoke about how he deals with the negative comments he receives every day on social media. His philosophy is simple and firm: if someone really knows him well enough to have a problem with him, that person should be able to tell him directly.
“If you have a problem with me, send me a message, and if you don’t have my number, you don’t know me well enough to have a problem with me”, Holland explained.
With that phrase, the actor drew a clear line between the opinions that matter to him and the noise from those who only speak from the outside. A way to protect his peace of mind without having to explain himself to strangers.
