“I’m not in favor of body positivity if it means unhealthy bodies”, she said bluntly. And she went further: she called that discourse “nonsense” and said that “it isn’t credible, so let’s stop pretending”.
The rapper connected her stance to her role as a mother: she said she avoids giving her son, nicknamed Papa Bear, sweets and juice because of diseases like diabetes that hit her community hard. She also revealed that she had breast reduction surgery and that she is now at peace with her body, after years of wanting more pronounced curves. 👶🏽
