To play Kevin Von Erich in ‘The Iron Claw’, the A24 film directed by Sean Durkin, Efron spent six months training under the guidance of professional wrestler Chavo Guerrero Jr. The result: a muscle mass that few T-shirts in the world could survive, a 1970s wrestler’s physique built from scratch, and a wig that turns him into someone his own mother wouldn’t recognize in the supermarket checkout line. 🤣
