Miguel Ángel Santos has walked the streets of Villa Constitución in Argentina for years with his goods.

Many neighbors know him by heart. Honey, peanuts, and other products are always at his stand. He is always selling on foot or going door to door.

One day, messages started arriving for Ema Monzón, a charitable content creator from Argentina. The messages came from Santos’s neighbors, who asked him for just one thing: to learn about Miguel Ángel’s story and his stand.

Monzón traveled to Villa Constitución, in the province of Santa Fe, and met him. He bought all his merchandise for 2 million Argentine pesos, about 1.300 dollars, far more than it originally cost, just so he could rest for the day. He deserved it.

As he said goodbye, Monzón also thanked the neighbors for their kindness: “It was worth traveling to Villa Constitución, not only because we helped Miguel, who is a good man, but also because the people there welcomed us so warmly”.

This time, solidarity didn’t come by chance: it was the neighbors themselves who made sure the help found its way. ❤️
