Last May 9, Nashville police in Tennessee arrested Dalton Eatherly, known on social media as ChudtheBuilder, after an altercation at Bob’s Chop House.
The incident began when staff asked him to turn off his live stream so as not to disturb the other customers, but the man continued recording secretly. According to official reports, the total bill came to 371 dollars and 55 cents, including main courses and drinks.
When confronted, the man reacted aggressively and hurled highly offensive insults, which resulted in charges of theft of services and resisting authority. He is currently facing a 5,000-dollar bond.
