Summer Lynn had a mental list of everything she wanted to change about her body. She grew up in New Hope, Alabama, listening to taunts about her weight and her nose, and that wound stayed with her well into adulthood.
Today, at 20, she is the same person but unrecognizable: rhinoplasty, five rounds of chin liposuction, a mid-face lift, buccal fat removal, between two and three breast augmentations, a Brazilian butt lift, and multiple additional liposuctions. All documented, all public.
She shared it in a Reel that went viral in July, with a direct message: we only live 80 years, she said, so she decided to “customize her avatar”. She hides nothing—not even the fact that she is planning another breast surgery, a tummy tuck revision, and a lower facelift.
Reactions are divided between those who applaud her and those who criticize her, but she has already chosen not to pretend that she got there naturally.
