An influencer (@sulaimaneverette) deceived the owner of a Mexican restaurant into letting him film in the kitchen and, of course, enjoy a completely free feast.

He focused on eating the best items on the menu while the owner trusted in the promised exposure. However, curiosity got the better of him; after checking the young man’s actual profile, the owner discovered the harsh reality: the massive audience did not exist. The viewer count on his livestream barely reached a handful of people, and he did not have millions of followers.

When confronted, the influencer tried to justify his deception with empty excuses, but the damage had already been done.

The owner’s indignation at feeling mocked in his own establishment erupted into chaos that ended with the scammer receiving a beating.
In the end, this young man not only lost his dignity and his pride, but also learned the hard way that true influence is built on honesty, not on bought followers.
