Linton Weirich, an inmate at Wandsworth prison in England, revealed details of his relationship with prison officer Linda De Sousa Abreu after an intimate video recorded inside his cell went viral.
According to his account, he managed to bring in a mobile phone and began exchanging messages with the woman. Over time, the two had encounters inside the prison and she even brought him food.
The case came to light when another inmate recorded them and spread the footage online, triggering an investigation. The scandal ended with Linda De Sousa Abreu facing justice for inappropriate conduct in the exercise of her duties.
After the facts became known, Weirich regretted the leak of the video, especially because his girlfriend was pregnant.
