Zihao is 1,68 meters tall. Xiaoyue was 2,2 meters tall. There was a 52-centimeter height difference between them, and a family that didn’t want to see them together.

In early May 2025, Xiaoyue announced in a video that she was three months pregnant and that they planned to register their marriage in June. In October 2025, she announced the birth of the baby. A later report by AsiaOne says that Xiaoyue died at 26 on Sunday, October 11, 2026, after suffering from several medical conditions, leaving behind a child who was not yet a year old. Chinese media have not specified a cause.
