Rhys Smoker, a young man in Australia, was preparing dinner when he saw a frog jumping among the leaves of his lettuce in a sealed bag from the Woolworths chain.
His companions thought it was a joke, but were astonished when they realized the packaging was hermetically sealed. The amphibian was there, alive and kicking. They named it Greg and released it into a pond to the tune of the song Crazy Frog.
The supermarket is already investigating the case and, to make up for the tremendous scare, gave them another bag of lettuce for free.
