Jeff Goldblum is 71 and isn’t afraid of any of it.
In an interview at the bar of the Corinthia hotel in London, the actor was direct: he has never undergone any cosmetic procedure, and he doesn’t plan to start. For him, disguising the passage of time is, literally, foolish. He prefers to show every line, every gray hair, as proof that he is still alive and still learning.
That same calm with which he talks about his face is what he applied to his life as a whole. He became a father for the first time at 62, alongside his wife Emilie Livingston, a Canadian former Olympic gymnast whom he met at a gym in Los Angeles in 2011. Today they are parents to Charlie and River, and Goldblum says that late fatherhood was not an obstacle but an unexpected gift that arrived exactly when it was supposed to.
