It looks like pasta, but it’s ice cream. 🍜🍦 In the Nochebuena neighborhood of Mexico City, there’s a Japanese ice cream shop called Aizu that’s driving everyone on social media crazy — and for good reason.

The concept is simple but completely unexpected: they choose your base flavor (vanilla, coconut, chocolate, or pistachio), add a matcha, taro, or chocolate topping on top in the shape of very thin noodles prepared on the spot right in front of you, all over a thick waffle-style cone. The finishing touch is a sheet of edible gold that makes it something photo-worthy. The star flavor is matcha — that bright green one you’ve already seen a thousand times in your feed and that you can now try for yourself. 🍵✨

The most surprising thing of all: the price. 130 pesos (less than 7 dollars) for an artisanal ice cream with a luxurious finish. It’s at 41 Boston Street, open Tuesday through Sunday from 1 pm to 8 pm, and you can get there by Metrobus, getting off at Parque Hundido or Ciudad de los Deportes. Did you already have it on your radar? 📍
